august screenshots

 whenever i see a really cool creative concept, makeup, or fashion accessory i really like i take a screenshot so i can go back to it and try it out (i have so many screenshots from doing this lol). but i love coming across inspiration from a casual scroll on instagram or tiktok. here's some things i wanted to share from my collection of screenshots from august <3

first off this really cool latex cross choker, i love how it looks like a part of the skin or like a tattoo, it just looks so beautiful and would be a great addition to add a little edge to an outfit. i would draw this on with eyeliner and eyeshadow and try making it matte to give a similar look to it.

lace headbands!! i love wearing headbands once in a while (the only one i ever wear is a white silk one) but this look is so delicate, i love lace details and it looks like a really cute DIY anyone could do to upscale their outfit/hair by tying any kind of ribbon in their hair.

both of these tops are from brandy melville, but the one i'm obsessed with is the cat tank. it's soo cutesy and i'm so sad i didn't see it when i went to brandy a few weeks ago! the graphic looks so soft and vintage and it just looks like a really cute pj top or school top. it reminds me of this other cat tank i was OBSESSEDD with, my literal holy grail and every day i regret not buying it when it was being sold on depop. ever since then i've scoured the internet for the same tank and have had zero luck, it's like non-existent and i miss it. every. day </3.

omg this dior palette. i'm obsessed with the look of it, i think it had neutral tones in the palette as well. the leather trim and heart locket accent is just perfection. i've been seeing a lot of vintage and 2000's palettes lately. it's all so beautiful and was suchhh an era of makeup aesthetics.

lastly this ceramic swan being used as a lipgloss/lipstick holder. it's actually such a creative and gorgeous use for this. any type of ceramic animal meant for a small pot or trinket holder would be so perfect for this. i would love a horse or unicorn. so chic.
